As long as there are no unusual problems involved the procedures can be completed entirely by mail, with no court appearances required! We are experienced legal document assistants and do not provide legal advice. If there are problems involved with the estate, such as large questionable claims, disputes among beneficiaries, questions as to ownership of property or other legal issues, you will need an attorney. However, most estates are routine and can be completed with the standard forms we provide, regardless of the size of the estate.
